After 15 years in the health and fitness space (as a personal trainer, group coach, published journal author, and speaker) I’ve learned that sustainable wellness isn’t about grinding harder.
It’s about coming back to yourself.
I started all this because I loved fitness.
But somewhere along the way, I lost the joy. I got caught up in hustle culture, burnout cycles, and a version of “success” that didn’t even feel like me.
I believed the advice that said I needed to charge thousands for coaching or push harder no matter the cost. It never sat right and honestly, it distracted me from actually helping the people I cared about.
This blog and business? It’s my take two.
Not just for me, but for you too.
I’m here for the ones who’ve tried the programs, followed the plans, and still feel stuck.
The ones who want to build a life that feels good, not just looks good.
Who want to get stronger, eat better, and create something meaningful, without sacrificing themselves in the process.
Health and Hobbies is a space to explore realistic wellness, flexible routines, food without fear, and personal growth at your own pace.
I’ll share what’s helped me, what I’m still figuring out, and how we can move forward together, imperfectly.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to start.
